1. What we collect

• Payment and subscription data — handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.
• Account and licence data — the email address used at purchase and the licence key issued to you.
• Messages you send us — name, email and the content of your message if you use our support form.
• Aggregate usage data — which pages are viewed and which plans are clicked, in aggregate. This is used to improve the product.

To provide and secure your access, to process subscriptions, to answer your support messages, to understand which parts of the product are useful, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

4. Who processes it

We use a small number of processors: Lemon Squeezy (payments, merchant of record), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and Web3Forms (delivering support messages to our inbox). Each processes only what is necessary for its role.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to your data, correction of it, erasure of it, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You may also object to processing. Write to ermonarchofficial@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

6. Retention

We keep subscription and billing records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the matter.

7. Cookies

We use only what is strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date on this page.
