Refund Policy
We want you to be able to judge the Service before you pay, which is why a browsable sample of live records is free and needs no card.
1. Cancel any time
Both plans are subscriptions. You may cancel whenever you like, in one click from your Lemon Squeezy billing link. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees and we do not lock you in.
2. Refunds within 14 days
If the Service is not what you expected, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it. You do not have to justify the request. Write to ermonarchofficial@gmail.com from the address you subscribed with.
3. Renewal payments
Because renewal reminders are sent before each charge, refunds of renewal payments are considered case by case. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us — we would rather resolve it fairly than leave you unhappy.
4. If something is broken
If the Service is unavailable or materially faulty, contact us and we will either fix it promptly or refund the affected period.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Chargebacks
If you do not recognise a charge, it will appear on your statement as LEMSQZY*. Please contact us before raising a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it faster directly.
