Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of ER Monarch (the “Service”). By subscribing or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
ER Monarch is an independent market intelligence platform that compiles publicly available UK public-sector procurement information into a searchable renewal intelligence feed. Contact: ermonarchofficial@gmail.com.
2. Not affiliated with government
ER Monarch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official service of the UK Government, the Crown Commercial Service, Contracts Finder, Find a Tender, or any public body. We do not act on behalf of any contracting authority.
3. Data sources and licence
Our data is compiled from public procurement notices released under the Open Government Licence v3.0. You may use the information in accordance with that licence. We do not grant you any rights to the underlying notices beyond what the OGL already permits.
4. Accuracy and no guarantee
We work to keep the data current, but procurement information changes and source publications can be delayed, corrected or withdrawn. The Service is provided as-is. We make no warranty that any record is complete, accurate or current. You are responsible for verifying any opportunity against the official notice before relying on it or bidding.
5. Not professional advice
Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, procurement, financial or bid-writing advice. Decisions you take on the basis of the Service are your own.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Payments, invoices and applicable taxes are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. On your bank statement the charge appears as LEMSQZY*, not ER Monarch.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, redistribute, scrape, sublicense or systematically extract the Service or its compiled dataset; not to share your access with third parties; and not to attempt to bypass access controls. We may suspend access for breach.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ER Monarch is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost opportunities or lost bids arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
